Beauty had an accident and injured her thumb really bad so you must save her thumb before the infections spread too much. First clean her thumb and dry the surface of the hand, then use the doctor tools to clean the wound and nail, to treat the infection and to kill the bacteria. Fix her bone injury and stitch the wound, then fix the injured nail too. Once her thumb looks better, go out and help her choose a nice manicure and a new outfit. Have fun!
